death date [5 February 2012]

I removed the death date of "16 Nov 1704" in "MBC" [Massachusetts Bay Colony, presumably] on the grounds that it is not given in History of the Putnam Family and no other source was specified. Further it is not found in Salem VRs or Danvers (Salem Village) VRs. Further it is identical with the death date of daughter Priscilla suggesting some sort of bookkeeping error somewhere. The latest mention of her in Putnam Family is that she signed a deposition during the Witch Trials, which would be approx. 1692. --Jrich 17:38, 5 February 2012 (EST)
