First, there is no link.
Second, there is no marriage documented so it is not clear what name is being searched for.
Third, I scaned Lagro township, the page I think is intended and the page on either side, trying to cover all possibilities. No person listed on these three pages had a birthplace in Massachusetts. Further, I did not see any female of age 72. There are some Banisters on the following page, but none from Mass, and none over 40, so it seems like a coincidence.
