I removed the death date 15 Jan 1793 in Stow, MA.

The death date of 15 Jan 1793 in Stow belongs to Mary Hapgood, "w. Daniel" (Source:Stow, Middlesex, Massachusetts, United States. Vital Records to the Year 1850, p. 248). Daniel Hapgood married the widow of Abraham Gibson (ibid, p. 158; Source:Cutter, William Richard. Genealogical and Personal Memoirs Relating to the Families of Boston and Eastern Massachusetts, p. 4:2007). Abraham Gibson's wife was Mary Wheeler, d/o Deliverance Wheeler and Mary Davis, b. Stow 5 Nov 1707 (VR Stow, p. 94). These pieces of evidence are confirmed by Source:Wilson, Mehitable Calef Coppenhagen. John Gibson of Cambridge, Massachusetts and His Descendants, 1634-1899, p. 45, mentions a deed dated 18 Jan 1757 where "Daniel Hapgood of Stow, yeoman, and Mary, his wife, quit claim of 1/2 estate of Abraham Gibson of Stow, deceased, formerly the estate of our father and mother, Deliverance and Mary Wheeler of Stow". So, this is a different Mary Wheeler, and this death date, given with no source, nor hint of the marriages involved, has been applied to the wrong Mary Wheeler. --Jrich 20:54, 27 August 2011 (EDT)
