Jim, can you tell me what research or clues are found that John Hays married this Martha and that she was a Thompson? I've seen this John as being married to a Jane and maybe she was Martha Jane. I have never seen a marriage record or anything really on John. As far as I know, this John Hays, son of the original immigrant John Hays has not been located in Virginia though we know land on the Roanoke River was devised to him.--motohays 19:34, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
