I think Jurjen returned to the USA in 1916:

- Interesting! The border crossing record says he traveled with Grace, their last permanent residence was Stenger, Alb (hard to read and I can't yet find a town named Stenger, so this may be wrong), and they were going to Manhattan, Montana.
- It appears Jerry made it pretty far north in Alberta before returning to the U.S.
- There is a (verry small) place called Stanger in Alberta. Could this be where they lived?
(google maps)
- That must be it! If I compare the current map and the Western Land Grants map, Township 55 and 2 "blocks" to the right is where Range 6 intersects. That is pretty much right over Stanger. Goodness... this really was/is out in the middle of nowhere :-) --Jennifer (JBS66) 16:08, 9 June 2011 (EDT)
