death dates [30 October 2013]

I removed the death date of 21 Dec 1775 in Methuen. When I look at the Metheun VRs, I find Joseph Morss d. 21 Dec 1755 (not 1775), but he is described as "h. Moriah". The Methuen VRs show Joseph Morse marrying Moriah Barker 6 Nov 1753. A Patience Morse, "w. Joseph", has a death record in 1751 in Methuen, and it is probably he who married Moriah Baker, widow of James Barker. That would make his first marriage in 1727 to Patience Peacock, and that would make this the death date of Joseph Morse, s/o Joseph, s/o Benjamin, s/o Anthony, i.e., a different person than Joseph Morse, s/o Joseph, s/o Anthony, s/o Anthony. --Jrich 23:20, 30 October 2013 (UTC)
