Investigating Isaac Moore of Augusta and found this: Augusta Deed Book 33:330 28 Jan 1806 "Joseph Moore (of Shenandoah who married Frances Stuart widow of John Stuart of Middle River late of Augusta County) Peachy Harrison who married Mary Stuart daughter of the said John & John Baxter who married Margaret Stuart also a Daughter of the said John Stuart the said Peachy Harrison & John Baxter being of Rockingham County" acknowledged indebted to Jacob Humbert of Shanandoah County ... "John Stuart by his last will and testament bearing date the 15th day of January 1790 and now of record in Augusta Court devised to his wife the said Frances and Children to wit the said Mary & Margaret & her son Samuel Stuart yet an infant under the age of twenty one years ... appointed the said Frances, David Stephenson & Robert Kinney executrix & executors" and all but Samuel sold their shares to Jacob Humbert and debt will be void if Samuel's share added at the time he reaches full age. --Jrich 22:45, 13 April 2011 (EDT)
