death date [11 September 2014]

I removed the unsourced death date 1757, in Concord. I could find no evidence specifically of it, or generally of John's date of death, but I believe it was misinterpreting the death of his mother ("wife to John Holden", presumably his father), who apparently moved to Concord with him and did die in 1757 according to Concord Births and some secondary sources. --Jrich 21:31, 11 September 2014 (UTC)
