Per "Genealogies of Pennsylvania Families from the Pennsylvania Genealogical Magazine. Volume I: Arnold-Hertzel record of an ancestor": Jennet Gay married John Frazier, and had sons James, Henry and Samuel Frazier. Jennet was the daughter of Henry and Martha Gay. It appears Jennet and John Frazier did not live together by May 30, 1788. Chalkey's, III, p. 589 lists James and Ann Gay Frazier together, but not Jennet Frazier and John Frazier. They are listed individually. Will of Henry Gay states 3 pounds and the price of the land he sold to Thomas Davis, 50 pounds, to Son-in-law John Frazier's son James Frazier, my grandson. Will Book I.:46. Will of Martha Gay, April 7, 1785, lists children of her daughter Jennet, Henry and Samuel Frazier. Will Book I.:229.

Patsy Gillespy is the daughter of Martha Gay and John Gillespy. Martha Gay is Henry Gay's daughter. James Frazier and Patsy Gillespy are cousins.

I noted in 1764 a John Frazier was called before the court for failing to support his children. Of course, without the case content, there is no way to know which John Frazier this is.--Csb5100 18:38, 11 April 2010 (EDT)
