hi. i am interested in john francis, i have b. 1742. i know he lived in southampton co, va, but may not have been born there. i am especially interested in his father, thomas francis, sr. b. abt 1699, d.1766. john had a brother, william, b.1736, d.1799. one of his wives was prudence patience turner pope. i am not sure that she was the mother of his children. thomas, sr. wife: ann edmunds 1716-1749, d/o howell edmunds. susan
