"Early Marriages of Jefferson Co. OH" 1789-1838, page 105 has John Crow Jr. & Sarah Jackman md. 13 Sep 1825 in Jefferson Co. OH. There were quite a few Crow families in Washington Co. PA when the early Jackmans were there. When Richard Jackman went to the area that became Kent Co. Ontario, several Crow people went into that area also. There are other marriages between the Crow and Jackman family members. I do not have parents for Sarah Jackman or John H. Crow - never tried to pursue them.--henk 18:57, 31 March 2014 (UTC)

All of this information is exciting and I am amazed at how many Crow's there were in Ohio. My ggg grandfather is John Crow, who was born in Western Pa in 1791. John married Sarah Jackman in Jefferson County, OH in 1825 and they had George (1829), Jane (1833), John M. Crow (my gg grandfather, 1837), William S.(1843), Robert Eugene (1844), Eliza (1848) and Sarah (1849). If any of these are tied to you, let me know. I have more info on them.
