Date of death and burial [27 June 2011]

There seem to be different dates for John Cheney's death and burial. Some sites say 1623, some 1624 and some 1633. The Cheney Genealogy references his will in probate in 1624 which leads me to believe he died in 1624.

LINCOLNSHIRE. The probate records contain wills of many persons by the name of Cheney and Cheyney from a remote period. Thomas Cheney of Quadring, 1520 ; Chris- ttopher Cheyney, Grantham, 1620 ; John Cheney, Benning- ton, 1624; Thomas Cheney, Howell, 1633. The latter was entitled "Esquire"; gave to his wife Bridget, daughters, Ann, Elizabeth, and Jane ; brother William Chiney ; signs "Thomas Cheyney."
