death date [11 February 2012]

I removed the death date of "02/08/1675 Massachusetts, United States". See NEHGR 17:307 (1863), "The Ayres and Ayer Families", which points out that the widow of John Ayer of Haverhill, Hannah, deeds land in 1692 to son Robert, joined by son John of Ipswich, showing the son was not the Capt. John Ayer of Brookfield who was killed in 1675, a mistake made by Savage. The son m. (1) Sarah Williams, m. (2) Mary Woodam. Then refer to Connecticut Nutmegger p. 29:36, which says the son moved [it says 1683, but probably means 1693, as it mentions the birth of daughter Ruth in Ipswich in 1685] to the West Farms area of Norwich, CT, now known as Franklin, CT, and his daughter Abigail married Samuel Parke of Preston, CT, 1709. --Jrich 13:01, 11 February 2012 (EST)
