Was the same Joane Fush married both to Thomas Dewey of Kent and to Philip Randall of Dorsetshire, concurrently bearing children to both of these gentlemen, including children sired by each father in the same year?

Would her purported son Thomas Dewey from the first of these unions have married her purported daughter Frances Randall?
