According to this pdf, the Jacob van Hulzen who died in the heat wave on 27 June 1931 was born in Iowa on 22 Oct. 1877 and his mother's maiden name was Burgraaf. --Jennifer (JBS66) 15:47, 14 August 2012 (EDT)
