Isaac Johnson's Children [7 February 2012]

Isaac Johnston is my ggggg grandfather. I found him in a book called "The Ancestry of Grafton Johnson". In that book it is stated that Isaac's parents, spouse, and children are all unknown with the exception of Isaac, b 1845. I knew for a fact that my GG grandfather's name was Merritt Johnson and that he married Mary Ann Allen. In this book it gave Isaac, b 1776, m Elizabeth Thurman as the father of Merritt. This book gave me the names, ages, spouse, of Isaac Jr and Isaac III but not the 1st Isaac. Can you tell me the source of the names and ages of the children for Isaac I. I can give you information if you are looking for it of Isaac III's children.

Also, I see Henry Johnson who died in TN was Isaac I's son but I have seen write-ups that indicate he might have been Isaac I's brother. I also saw that it was indicated that Isaac Jr. moved to TN with Henry but I believe he moved to KY where he died. The same write-up indicated Henry was born in 1738 in Antrim, Ireland and came to America with his brother Isaac. There is no proof that I have seen that this is the same Henry and Isaac but the Henry that this write-up is about, died in Robinson, TN.

I would appreciate any source information that is available.
