1727 birthdate and 1796 marriage record? [17 June 2017]

Some warning bells are going off for me regarding the early 1727 birthdate and subsequent 1796 marriage currently both attributed to this same Henry Wilson (74). That would have meant he was about 69 at the time of his marriage to Elizabeth Menikle/Mahan (the surname mismatch also raises some questions).
