If Henry was born around 1720, he clearly does not belong in this family since Martha's marriage is recorded as 1729. In fact, I would actually estimate his birth a year or two earlier so he would be of legal age (21 for men) at the time of his marriage, hence able to own land, hence able to support a wife and family in a largely agrarian society. For this to be his father, there would have had to have been an earlier wife.

Both Bethiah and Martha were daughters of Henry Kingman and both would be likely to name a son Henry. If the source cited could have matched them with the wrong Benjamins, and then it would also have assumed the wrong grandfather based on that. Unless they explain further, such as legacy directly from the paternal grandfather to the grandchild, it is probable that Henry was in the correct family and the source is wrong. --Jrich 18:53, 6 February 2011 (EST)
