Updated Henry Lutz to be the right Henry Lutz ( I hope) [24 October 2016]

Unfortunately, there are several Henry Lutz's in New York at this time. But I think newly viewed records of Henry and Maria (Mary) Lutz's death have clarified which one is the correct one for this family. I believe the Henry and Mary Lutz who are parents of Katrina Rose are the Henry that is an upholsterer, based on the death records, which shows the Lutzes living at 491 Chauncery St., a known family-related address.
