Surname: TER HORST, KUIPER, TER RIET

I am looking for any information about my great grandfather, Gerrit Ter Horst and his wife Dena Kuiper Ter Horst who were from Enschede. Gerrit's parents (according to his death certificate) were: Johannus Ter Horst and Janna Ter Riet. I think they left the Netherlands in or about 1911 and went to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
