Lists father as Walter Yonker, respondent as George Yonker of Jamestown, MI.

Lists wife as Fannie Johnson, which is clearly a form of Femmigje Jansen.

Can we link George Yonker to Gerrit in a way that explains why he might not have known the name of Gerrit's father.

Gerrit and Femmigje Jonker had a son George on 29 Jul 1885. The 1940 census lists him as the only George Yonker in Jamestown, MI. Not sure why he didn't know the name of his paternal grandfather, but his maternal grandfather was named Wolter.

Given the strong match on the spouse's name, I'd conclude this is the correct death certificate.
