The FreeBMD index only reports births to the quarter of the year in which they occurred. If you know her birthday was the 20 May, then you must have used another source as well.

Also, FreeBMD reports events in "Registration Districts". The event may have occurred in any parish within the registration district. Except in the case of larger towns, there may be a number of parishes represented.--Goldenoldie 12:21, 17 June 2016 (UTC)
