From Mary Gochenour (4): Place of marriage [26 July 2010]

I think there might be a problem with the place of marriage for Mary Gochenour and Abraham Berry. It is listed as being in 1761 in Crossenville, Perry County, Ohio. it is highly unlikely that's where the marriage took place, as Marietta (the first permanent settlement in the Northwest Territory) wasn't founded until 1788. Settlement in present-day Perry County didn't take place until closer to 1800. -- Amy 08:41, 26 July 2010 (EDT)
