Münchenstein or Roggwil [3 October 2011]

Birthplace: Münchenstein (Canton Baselland) and Roggwil (Canton Berne) are 2 different places. The Swiss families do have a Heimatort which can differ from the birthplace. The Heimatort is the place where the whole family came from originally. The Swiss derive their civic rights from the Heimatort, in case this is in Switzerland they are subsequentely alo Swiss! So I think Durst Ammann has been born in Münchenstein and this Ammann family was from Roggwil. (It could be the other way around)--Klaas (Ekjansen) 01:35, 3 October 2011 (EDT)
