Abigail? Where from? [18 December 2010]

It is not clear why this child is named Abigail. According to cited sources, it was just copied from an Ancestry One World Tree. But looking at a real source, namely the Newbury VRs, there is no record, birth or death, of a daughter named Abigail in this family. There is no daughter listed in this family in the article "Descendants of Thomas Brown of Newbury" in the Essex Antiquarian, p. 13:120. The date of birth given would make Abigail a twin with Dorothy, but the recorded birth of a second daughter named Dorothy in 1672 is overlooked. So I can only assume Abigail is a misidentification of the second daughter Dorothy??? --Jrich 18:11, 18 December 2010 (EST)
