I am moving Catherine to the parents given in the visitation of Cheshire, which is also consistent with the 1592 will of George Ravenscroft, which describes Roger Puleston as his cousin. I think Lundy/Burke is just wrong here.--Werebear 19:12, 10 November 2013 (UTC)
