Mother may be named Wilhelmina Willems as per this and this.

Marriage was in 1859.

Father is Klaas Mekkes born about 1822 as per 1860, 1870, and 1880 census. The 1805 birth dfate from the marriage record is evidently an error. AlleGroningers knows of such a Klaas Jans Mekkes.

In the 1880 census his wife is named Mary, but that's Wilhelmina's immigrant name as per FindAGrave. Death Certificate

Found her in a FTM Tree. She is from Emmen.

There is another Klaas Tiddes Mekkes, born 1830.

The 1830 Klaas Mekkes had a wife named Anna Barkema in 1880 and a young family.

There are two persons named Anje Barkema consistent with the census (abt 1843), both from Groningen, one born 1844, the other born 1845. n.b. the first one is mistranscribed: the date in the akte is 21 Apr 1844. This matches FindAGrave for Anna Mekkes.
