Person talk:Benjamin Morton (4)

death date [25 January 2020]

I removed the death location "Athol, Worcester, Massachusetts, United States". No death date is given so neither the poster, nor I, have located an actual death record. No probate has been found either. It seems likely that he moved to Ervings Grant, given only two child are born in Athol and his daughter is of Ervings Grant when she married, but more research is needed to show for sure.

"Tracey Call's genealogy book, 1933" does not appear to be an adequate citation. No genealogy book by Tracey Call is listed in https://www.worldcat.org, nor do other book sites seem to have it. I assume the author is Tracey Gillette Call, but assume it is just some manuscript of his family tree, and merely copies from other available sources. Coverage of this family seems poor. For example, the Dexter Genealogy, here doesn't seem to known when hardly any of the children were actually born and for all that, misses one of the two found in the Athol records; does not mention when or where Benjamin died; spends more time talking about Benjamin's ancestors than about Benjamin himself; etc. --Jrich 16:05, 25 January 2020 (UTC)
