Benjamin Chinn of Greenup Co KY [22 January 2019]

There has been so much documentation posted about Christopher Chinn's children, Benjamin and Nancy. Is there any documentation that Benjemin Chinn of Greenup County KY is the same Benjamin, son of Christopher? This Benjamin was in Greenup Co before 1811-1818 along with a Joseph Bartlett. Correction to Bartlett's given name. It should be Joshua Bartlett, not Joseph. I also found a Van Bartlett. The source is a book, The History of Greenup County Kentucky by Nina Biggs and Mabel Mackoy. Joshua is cited on pg 53; Van is on pg 289. I have a hard copy of the book, but it's now on Ancestry.
