Was Barbara Waggoner the wife of Henry Penninger Jr, or Sr? [10 February 2019]

I have not seen any kind of evidence for the belief that Barbara Waggoner was the wife of Henry Penninger, Sr.

There is a land deed from 1822 to which the Henry Penninger who was Barbara Waggoner's husband, was a party. Henry Penninger Sr's will was proved in September, 1820, after his death, and thus, he could not have been the Henry Penninger who was selling land to Jacob Rinker in the 1822 deed. His son, Henry Jr, would have been 68 years old and the obvious candidate to be the Henry Penninger, husband of Barbara Waggoner, mentioned in this deed.--Bonnie S 05:56, 10 February 2019 (UTC)
