I am trying to identify the father of Arvilla Viola Adkins.

Her death certificate records Viola Hall Fraley, age 49 years 9 months 8 days, born 15 March 1901 in Rowan Co., Ky, died 23 Dec 1950 at Salsberry Hospital, Columbiana Co., Ohio, residence rural Yellow Creek, Columbiana Co., Ohio, father Jim Hall, mother’s maiden name Linda Adkins, cause of death acute ventricular fibrillation due to rheumatic heart disease, informant Boone Fraley, burial in Highlandtown Cemetery, Highlandtown, Ohio.

Viola's mother, Malinda "Linda" Francis Adkins, daughter of John C. B. Adkins and Arvilla J. Hunter, married first William R. Wells (as his third wife) on 10 Apr 1906 in Morehead. He died 22 Nov 1910, and Linda married second on 20 Nov 1912 in Rowan Co. to Charles Boone Kegley (27 Dec 1889-6 Mar 1971), son of James Henry Kegley and Cloe Susan Cox.

Her death certificate records Malinda Frances Kegley, age 56, residence Sharkey, Ky, born 26 Apr 1881, birthplace blank, died 20 Sep 1987 in Brushy precinct, Rowan Co., Ky, married, wife of C. B. Kegley, father John Adkins, mother’s maiden name Arvilla Hunter, both born in Sharkey, Ky, cause of death endocarditis and pneumonia, informant H. A. Kegley, Sharkey, Ky.

My known relationship is to Viola's second stepfather, Charles Boone Kegley, and also to his first wife Rena Trent. But since I have a Hall line in Rowan Co., I am curious as to whether Viola's birth father was one of my Hall relatives.
