She may be the daughter of George Troutman (https://www.werelate.org/wiki/Person:George_Troutman_%282%29) and Maria Christina Eckhert. George Trautman--Poliwop 17:41, 16 May 2020 (UTC)

Note that Maria Christina Eckhert is buried in Funkstown, Maryland. George Troutman is clearly kin to Angelica Troutman, but the nature of the relationship is unclear. The 1800 census does not indicate that Maria Christina Eckhert was living with John Shafer and Angelica Troutman at that time (after George Troutman's passing).
