1861 Census in St. Giles [19 April 2020]

Definitely St. Giles in the Fields. It was divided into two districts (wards): St. Giles North and St. Giles South.

When I went to write up St. Giles the other day I found it "unknown" and never been touched, although Wikipedia provided a very interesting article. St. Giles in the Fields is directly north of St. Martin's in the Fields, but during 1900-1965 St. Martin's was in Westminster while St. Giles was part of Holborn.

Oddly, there were no sources in WR gleaned from FamilySearch for St. Giles in the Fields. I found some hiding in Holborn, but there must be many more.
