David O'Killia the Immigrant of Old Yarmouth, Massachusetts with His Descendants and Allied Families, 1652-1962, p. 197, says that Zadock is the son of Timothy Crowell and Polly Taylor. This is an error. This couple did not even marry until 1803. He is the son of a different Timothy Crowell and wife Abigail as shown by both his birth and death record. The births of the children of these two couple overlap in the Yarmouth records.
