Leg. - wife Priscilla; son Wilson (not of age); son David lots contiguous to George Waffe, reversion to son Hamilton; son Nicholas a tract called Scones Dam plantation; son Andrew land at Foxhill and Harris' Creek; son William Roscow land called Ridgeland; son Hamilton a lot adjoining Henry Irwin and George Waffe; son Wilson the land on Back River bought of Merrett Sweny, he paying to his sister Jane money when she is 18; daughter Mary Curle.
Son David is to be left to the management of David Meade until he is of age.
