Obituary WILLIAM G. WELCH 

 Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Ohio Masonic Home in Springfield for William G. Welch, 90, formerly of Ohltown Road, who died at 5:45 p.m. Saturday at the home where he had been since 1966.
 Mr. Welch was born Nov. 23, 1879, in Bay City, Mich., coming here from Cleveland in 1927.  He was a member of Ohltown Methodist Church, Woodward Lodge 508 of Cleveland, and Meander Grange.  His wife, the former Ella Hoover, died Jan. 16, 1968.
 He leaves three sons, Marvin of Ontonagon, Mich., Nelson of Warren, Mich., and Myron of Mt. Clemens, Mich., and several grandchildren.
