    "In January 1662/3 an indenture was drawn, but not executed until May 18, 1664, between Robert Vose and the inhabitants of Milton, eighteen names in all, by which a lot of eight acres and the house thereon should be kept for the use of such ministers as God should successively from time to time send them. William Vose was one of the witnesses.
