    Rev. William Vidler, 22 years pastor of the Universalist Chapel, Parliament Court, Bishopsgate Street. In early life he became a Protestant Dissenter. Born at Battle, Sussex, 4 May 1758. His youth was spent without education, but rising superior to every obstacle he attained distinguised eminence as a popular preacher; in 1794 succeeded Mr. Winchester at Parliament Court; and died without extacy, but full of immortal hopes, 23 Aug. 1816, aged 58. William Smith, his son-in-law, raised this vault. Agnes Catherine Vidler, 5 Feb. 1847, aged 31. Rev. Wm. Vidler, grandson of Rev. Wm. Vidler, and husband of above, 25 March 1861, aged 48; 21 years domestic missionary at Chapel Street, Milton Street.
