According to information received in the Diane Pride email of 12/2003, which Ms. Pride claims came from the LDS website, William married a 'Mary' in about 1742 in VA. Mary was also born in VA in about 1722. According to Rootsweb.com in the Pike County Indiana Cemetery listings there is a Mary McCafferty listed as being the 'wife of Willilam Traylor', who i s buried in the 'Case Cemetery'. There are no dates or other information given, so it is difficult to tell if it is the same couple. Notes at the bottom of the listing states that Elizabeth McCafferty Gray was buried in Lemmon Cemetery, not the CaseCemetery.
