This is presumably the same person as was indexed as being baptized 13 Aug 1695, as it is the first baptism listed (and the only for a William Sumpter) for the year "from Easter 1695 to Easter 1696 in the parish of Histon". It is possible that the original was 18 Aug and mis-transcribed in the index as 13 Aug, and here as 18 Sep.
