    September 3, 1948, William J. Sickles, 83, native of New Mexico, resident of Fontana three years, Bloomington one year and of California 15 years. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at the Ingold chapel in Fontana. Cremation will follow in Montecito Memorial Park mausoleum.

    WILLIAM J. SICKLES William J. Sickles, 83, of 575 West Valley boulevard, Bloomington, died Friday at a San Bernardino hospital. A native of Onalaska, WI., he had lived in Bloomington one year, Fontana three years, and California 15 years. Surviving him is his widow, Mrs. Delila Sickles of Bloomington, a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Powell of San Bernardino; a son, Cephas Sickles of Boise, Idaho; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Ernst of Monterey; a brother, George Sickles of Socorro, N. M., and a granddaughter, Sheila May Powell. I. M. Knopsnyder Son Mortuary.
