Beneficiaries under the will include his second wife Martha, daughter Sarah Martin, grandsons John Selby Martin, George Martin, James Martin, Chesed Purnell, Lemuel Purnell and William Purnell and Mary Marchment. His wife Martha and son-in-law Thomas Martin are named joint executors.
