• 1812 Jun 12 - William Seargeant Sr of Louisa, Virginia gives to his son, Dabney Seargeant of Fayette, Kentucky, for "natural affection", an enslaved boy called Dick, to take possession of after William's death. [Louisa, Virginia DB N:426]
• 1812 Oct 30 - William Seargeant of Louisa County binds himself to John Seargeant of the same county in the amount of $10,000, regarding the tract of 117 acres that William Seargeant purchased from Forest Green (which Mr. Green possibly did not have the right to sell) and gave or sold it to his son, John Seargeant [Louisa, Virginia DB M:148]
