Will of "William Newhall Ju'r of Lynn ... cordwainer", dated 27 Mar 1804, proved 15 Apr 1805, names wife Martha Newhall; sons Nathaniel William Robert Josiah and Fred'k Newhall; daughter Mary Newhall; daughter Sarah Newhall; daughers Marey Newhall, Martha Spiny, Hannah Newhall, Betsa Witt & Sally Newhall. Wife Martha to be executrix. 22 May 1805: Inventory of William Newhall jr late of Lynn Cordwainer: real $6200, personal: $2337.97, by James Gardner, W'm Mansfield, Charles Newhall. 15 Mar 1808: Martha Newhall of Lynn Widow for affection I bear to my Children Martha Spinney wife of Benj'a Spinney, Hannah wife of Jeremiah Bulfinch, Betsy wife of Tho's Witt, Polly Newhall, Sally Newhall, Nathaniel Newhall, William Newhall, Robert Newhall, Josiah Newhall, and Frederick Newhall and $1 paid by them, convey to them my third part of the estate of my deceased husband W'm Newhall and all the personal estate of my said husband. 27 Apr 1808: Receipt for $862.70 for sundries from Mrs Martha Breed.
