This entry has been changed from "unattached" to the main tree, to beingthe son of John Longstreth and Feraby Unknown (Worth?) based on censusrecords between 1830 and 1880. At the same time Stephen Longstreth hasbeen identified as his brother. A female sibling still remainsunidentified. [JA Longstreth, Feb 2004] "LAST WILL & TESTAMENT" Know all Men by these Presents, that I, WilliamLongstreth of Green Township in the County of Forest and State ofPennsylvania, being in ill health but of sound and disposing mind andmemory, do make and publish this my last will and testament, herebyrevoking all former wills by me at any time herefore made. And as to myworldly estate and all the property, real personal or mixed, or of whichI shall die seize and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at thetime of my decease, I devise, bequeath and dispose there of in manorfollowing wit: First: My will is, that all my just debts and funeralexpenses, shall by my executors hereinafter named, be paid out of myestate as soon after my decease as shall by them be found convenient.Item: I give, devise, and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Longstreth,the use and improvement and income of my dwelling house and farm offorty-five acres, situate in Green Township, Forest County, and also theuse of my personal property to have and to hold the same during the termof her natural life. I give and bequeath to my son, Landis Longstreth,my farm consisting of forth-five acres situated in Green Township, Forestand all my personal property, to have after the heath of my beloved wife,Mary Longstreth and to hold the same together with all the profits andincome thereof to him, the said Landis Longstreth, his heirs executors,administrators and assigns to his and their use and benefit forever. Igive devise and bequeath to my sons, John Longstreth, William ScottLongstreth, Peter Longstreth, Worth Longstreth and to my Daughters: DellaMinerva Longstreth and Viola Longstreth, the balance of my landconsisting of fifty acres and situated in Green Township, Forest County,to have and to hold the same together with all the profits and incomethereof to them and their heirs, executors administrators and assigns totheir and their use and benefit forever. I give and bequeath to AndrewArmstrong and Ellsworth Armstrong, Emery Viola Cousins and to the heirsof my deceased daughter, Salina Longstreth, one dollar each to be paid bymy Executors hereafter named. I end lastly I do nominate and appoint mytwo sons, Frank and Landis Longstreth to be the Executors of this my lastwill and testament. In testimony whereof I the said William Longstrethhave to this my last will and testament subscribed my name and affixed myseal this twenty-third day of July A.D.1894.
