Information from “Virginia/West Virginia Genealogical Data from Revolutionary War Pension and Bounty Land Warrant Records”, Vol. 3, compiled by Patrick G. Wardell, Lt. Col. U.S. Army Ret. :

Logan, William - born 11/11/1748 in Spotsylvania County, Virginia; entered service 1776 in York District, South Carolina, where he resided; entered service 1778 in Rutherford County, North Carolina, where he resided; moved back to York District, South Carolina, abt. 1790 where granted Pension in 1832; there died on 1/7/1833, leaving no widow but children: Thomas, Elijah, William (dec'd in 1849), Joseph, John (resided there in 1848), Mary Packard & Margaret Bowlin (dec'd in 1849); query letter in file states soldier married Jane Black, & settled in Lincoln County, North Carolina, further soldier's brother Joseph was also a North Carolina Revolutionary War Soldier, & their brothers John & Thomas fought on the side of the Tories in Revolutionary War, all of that County.
