Wife Sarah, after her former husband's legacies are pd., to have privilege of making her choice in her thirds of estate. Tobacco due from Richard Richardson's store in Oxford to be pd. to clothe child., viz. Elizabeth, John and Sarah; son John to make no bargain without consent of his 2 bros. afsd. until of age. To all child., viz. William, George, Daniel and John, Anne Roberts and Elizabeth and Sarah, residue of personal estate; dau. Sarah to receive her portion at age of 16. Exs.: Sons William and Daniel. From "the Lambdin Chronicles", pg. 28: The will of William Thomas Lambdin, Sr., a planter in Talbot County, Maryland, was made on 14 Jan. 1729 and recorded on 28 Nov. 1729. The will was witnessed by George Collision, Edward Auld, Andrew Oremand, Thomas Smith. The will states: "to son Daniel and male heirs, dwelling plantation and "Summerton". To son Daniel and male heirs, "Winterton". To John and male heors, "William and Maries Addition", bounded according to lines mentioned in deed from John Lowe; said tract escheated out of "Graftons Manor" and personalty. to son George and daughter Ann Roberts, daughters Elizabeth and Sarah, certain personalty (personal property) above their share of personal estate. Wife Sarah, after her former husband's legacies are paid, to have privilege of making her choice in her thirds of the estate. Tobacco due from Richard Richardson's store in Oxford to be paid to clothe the children, Vis: William, George, Daniel, John, Ann Roberts, Elizabeth and Sarah, residue of personal estate: Daughter Sarah to receive her portion at age sixteen.
