DEATH: KNOBLOCH, William G. Plainwell, MI DEATH: Passed away Tuesday, Novem ber 5, 2002 in Kalamazoo. Mr. Kno-bloch was born September 12, 1939 in Kalamazo o, to Vernon and Virginia (Stickel) Knobloch. Bill was first employed with K.V. P. Sutherland Paper Co., and for 17 years was employed with Rockwell Internatio nal, retiring in 1986. After his retirement, he drove cars for Allegan Chrysler -Plymouth. In his spare time he enjoyed ice fishing and talking on his C.B. rad io. For the past 27 years Bill and Alice (Culbertson) Evans had made their life together, and they were married August 23, 1996 in Laughlin, Nevada. Surviving besides his wife, Alice, are 3 sons, Paul Knobloch of Allegan, Steve (Mary) Kn obloch of Wausau, WI, and Brian (Brenda) Knobloch of Plainwell; 2 grandsons, Ja son and Aaron Knobloch of Phoenix, AZ; a special granddaughter, Jenna Ann Steel e; 7 step-children; several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; a sister and 2 brothers, Barbara Moran of Mendon, Dale Knobloch of Otsego, and Ke vin (Jackie) Knobloch of Redington Shores, FL; several nieces and nephews. He w as preceded in death by his parents, and an infant brother, Vernon Jr. The fami ly will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Winkel Fune ral Home Otsego where Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, Rev. Gary S. Wales officiating. Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Plainwell. Memor ial contributions may be made to the American Lung Assoc.
