(St. George, Canterbury) 22 Mar. 1628/9; d. at Woburn, Mass., 22 May 1704; m. 16 May 1655, Hester Wiswall, dau. of Elder Thomas, of Dorchester, Mass., she d. 27 Dec. 1707. He was a prominent man of Woburn, succeeding his father as town clerk, and was major, deputy and assistant.
