Page 5 of 8 Whereas the Copartnership between John Watkins and William Holmer, of High-Street in the Borough of Southward, Ironmongers, was dissolved by mutual Consent on the 7th Instant: All Persons indebted to the said Copartnership are desired to pay their Debts to the said William Holmer, who is authorised to receive the fame; and all Persons who have any Demands on the said Partnership, are defired to apply to the said William Holmer for Payment thereof. Notice is hereby given, That the Partnership between William Holmer, of the Borough of Southwark, in the County of Surrey, Ironmonger, and John Daly, of the fame —Place, Ironmonger, trading under the Firm of William Holmer and Co. was this Day dissolved; and all Persons having any Demands upon the said Partnership are to apply to Mr. Holmer, at No. 145, in the Borough of Southwark, who has undertaken to satisfy, pay and and discharge the same: And all Persons indebted to the said Partnership are hereby required to pay the Amount of their respective Debts unto the said William Holmer, -who alone is empowered to receive and give Discharges for the fame, and therefore the Liquidation of all the Accounts of the said late Partnership -devolves upon him: Witness our Hands, William-Holmer.
